Opinioni duhet te dij\u00eb n\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb ngritur procedur\u00eb penale ndaj autor\u00ebve eventual t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre veprave penale.<\/p>\n<p>Ne si qytetar\u00eb ende presim transparenc\u00ebn e premtuar nga Kryetarja m\u00eb 31 maj 2013.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebrkojm\u00eb dhe inkurajojm\u00eb autoritetet e Komun\u00ebs t\u00eb publikojn\u00eb raportet financiare p\u00ebr 6 vitet e fundit, duke ndjekur shembullin e komunave tjera q\u00eb i publikojn\u00eb raporte t\u00eb k\u00ebtilla.<\/p>\n<p>Me k\u00ebt\u00eb do t\u00eb mund\u00ebsohet q\u00eb taksapaguesit t\u00eb informohen se si harxhohen dhe p\u00ebrdoren parat\u00eb e tyre. Komuna e ka detyrim ligjor t\u00eb publikoj\u00eb k\u00ebto dokumente.
