N\u00eb rastin Mehida Mustafi\u00e7-Muji\u00e7 dhe t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt kund\u00ebr Holand\u00ebs, familjet e viktimave t\u00eb gjenocidit kan\u00eb vendosur t\u00eb parashtrojn\u00eb ankes\u00eb ndaj vendimit t\u00eb prokurorit holandez, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos ngritur akuz\u00eb penale t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb kund\u00ebr tre paqeruajt\u00ebsve holandez\u00eb t\u00eb Kombeve t\u00eb Bashkuara, raporton Anadolu Agency (AA).<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">Gjykata hodhi posht\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjen t\u00eb enjten duke shpjeguar vendimin e tyre me faktin se autoritetet holandeze kan\u00eb &#8220;hetuar mjaftuesh\u00ebm rastin dhe kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb sqarime t\u00eb duhura parashtruesit t\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs p\u00ebr ndjekje penale&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">&#8220;N\u00eb lidhje me hetimin, Gjykata konsideron se jan\u00eb kryer hetime t\u00eb gjera dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritura nga autoritetet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare dhe komb\u00ebtare. Nuk kishte asnj\u00eb pasiguri afatgjate n\u00eb lidhje me natyr\u00ebn dhe shkall\u00ebn e p\u00ebrfshirjes s\u00eb tre ushtar\u00ebve, prandaj \u00ebsht\u00eb e pamundur t\u00eb arrihet n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim se hetimi ishte i paefektsh\u00ebm ose i pap\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm. Gjykata hodhi posht\u00eb ankesat e parashtrueseve se vendimi ishte i nj\u00ebansh\u00ebm, n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim, i paarsyesh\u00ebm apo i pajustifikuar nga pik\u00ebpamja e fakteve&#8221;, thuhet nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera nga Gjykata Evropiane p\u00ebr t\u00eb Drejtat e Njeriut.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">T\u00eb af\u00ebrmit e viktimave t\u00eb Srebrenic\u00ebs p\u00ebr vite k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb ndjekje penale ndaj komandantit Thom Karremans dhe p\u00ebr dy ndihm\u00ebsit e tij nga radh\u00ebt e forcave paqeruajt\u00ebse holandez\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ishin t\u00eb vendosur n\u00eb enklav\u00ebn e mbrojtur t\u00eb OKB-s\u00eb, n\u00eb Srebrenic\u00eb gjat\u00eb gjenocidit.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">Prokuror\u00ebt holandez\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 2013 refuzuan t\u00eb depozitojn\u00eb padi kund\u00ebr tre paqeruajt\u00ebsve, nd\u00ebrsa nj\u00eb gjykata n\u00eb prill 2015, ka refuzuar ankes\u00ebn kund\u00ebr k\u00ebtij vendimi, pas s\u00eb cil\u00ebs familjet e viktimave vendos\u00ebn ti drejtohen Gjykat\u00ebs Evropiane.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">Forcat serbe t\u00eb Bosnj\u00ebs t\u00eb udh\u00ebhequra nga gjenerali Ratko Mlladi\u00e7 mor\u00ebn Srebrenic\u00ebn n\u00eb korrik 1995 dhe vran\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 8,000 boshnjak\u00eb.
