Kjo politik\u00eb vjen me normat e simuluara nga obligacionet e qeveris\u00eb gjermane, t\u00eb cilat mesatarisht nga viti 2010 dhe deri m\u00eb sot jan\u00eb 3% m\u00eb t\u00eb larta se \u00e7&#8217;ishin n\u00eb realitet.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebto norma interpretohen n\u00eb kursime t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme buxhetore rreth 100 miliard\u00eb euro s\u00eb paku gjat\u00eb kat\u00ebr viteve t\u00eb fundit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gjermania<\/strong> gjithashtu ka fituar kontrata t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme gjat\u00eb privatizimeve nga Athina q\u00eb nga viti 2011 n\u00eb k\u00ebmbim t\u00eb ndihm\u00ebs financiare evropiane.
