Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb 11 nga 15 shtete votuan pro, projektrezoluta \u00ebsht\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtuar edhe nga Venezuela.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">&#8211; Kina dhe Angola abstenuan<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb hera e pest\u00eb q\u00eb Rusia bllokon nj\u00eb tentativ\u00eb t\u00eb KS p\u00ebr dh\u00ebnien fund t\u00eb veprimeve ilegale t\u00eb regjimit t\u00eb Asadit.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">Rusia dhe Kina q\u00eb prej vitit 2011 dhe deri m\u00eb tani kan\u00eb vendosur kat\u00ebr her\u00eb veto n\u00eb lidhje me Sirin\u00eb.
