Prokuroria federale g\u00ebzon t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e ankes\u00ebs ndaj vendimit.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">Ndryshe, pas hetimit t\u00eb filluar n\u00eb vitin 2006, procesi gjyq\u00ebsor ishte hapur n\u00eb tetor t\u00eb vitit 2015, ku an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e PKK-s\u00eb akuzoheshin p\u00ebr rr\u00ebmbim t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve nga familjet e tyre n\u00eb Belgjik\u00eb dhe shtete t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs per\u00ebndimore, d\u00ebrgimin dhe trajnimin e tyre n\u00eb kampet n\u00eb Blegjik\u00eb, Greqi dhe Irak.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">N\u00eb mesin e akuzave drejtuar t\u00eb pandehurve, ishin edhe p\u00ebrgatitja e dokumenteve t\u00eb falsifikuara dhe mbledhja e hara\u00e7it.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">PKK p\u00ebrfshihet n\u00eb list\u00ebn e BE-s\u00eb t\u00eb organizatave terroriste.
