Ky raport \u00ebsht\u00eb shkruar duke u bazuar n\u00eb informacionet e marra nga ish-gardian\u00ebt, gjykat\u00ebsit, doktor\u00ebt, avokat\u00ebt dhe specialist\u00ebt nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">N\u00eb raport thuhet se &#8220;mendohet q\u00eb gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs shtator 2011-dhjetor 2015, 5 deri13 mij\u00eb njer\u00ebz jan\u00eb ekzekutuar pa gjyq&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">&#8220;Shumica e t\u00eb ekzekutuarve ishin civil\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt mendoheshin se ishin kund\u00ebr regjimit&#8221;, thuhet n\u00eb raport dhe m\u00eb pas theksohet: &#8220;Mij\u00ebra njer\u00ebz jan\u00eb ekzekutuar pa gjyq dhe n\u00eb mesin e nat\u00ebs, me nj\u00eb p\u00ebrkujdesje t\u00eb madhe n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mos merrej vesh. Nd\u00ebrsa shum\u00eb t\u00eb burgosur n\u00eb burgun ushtarak Sajdnaja krahas tortur\u00ebs t\u00eb vazhdueshme, lihen n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb sistematike pa ushqim, pa uj\u00eb, pa ila\u00e7e dhe pa mjekim.
