Prokurorja speciale publike Katica Janeva sot n\u00eb konferenc\u00ebn p\u00ebr media b\u00ebri t\u00eb ditur se b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr hetime financiare dhe se dy kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb p\u00ebr paligjshm\u00ebri n\u00eb procedur\u00ebn e nd\u00ebrtimit.<\/p>\n

Janeva k\u00ebrkoi nga shumica e re parlamentare q\u00eb t\u00eb hiqet neni 22 i Ligjit p\u00ebr Prokurori speciale publike me \u00e7ka do t\u00eb vazhdohej puna e k\u00ebsaj prokurorie.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb hetimin me emrin \u201cTrevnik\u201d ka dyshime themelore p\u00ebr tre persona p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e tre vikend sht\u00ebpive n\u00eb lagjen Zelenikov\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat sipas PSP-s\u00eb, jan\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar pa leje p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtim, p\u00ebr \u00e7ka sipas prokurores Fatime Fetai ka d\u00ebshmi, incizime satelitore dhe dokumentacion.<\/p>\n

Hetimi i dyt\u00eb \u201cTrajektorja\u201d zhvillohet kund\u00ebr 4 persona, ish-funksionar\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb qeveritar\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt n\u00eb gjysm\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb vitit 2012 dhe 2013 kan\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb veprime lidhur me zgjedhjen e kompanis\u00eb p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e autostrad\u00ebs Milladinovc- Shtip dhe Tetov\u00eb \u2013 Oh\u00ebr, me \u00e7ka i shkaktuan d\u00ebm buxhetit prej 155 milion\u00eb e 117 mij\u00eb e 172 euro dhe p\u00ebr shum\u00ebn e nj\u00ebjt\u00eb i mund\u00ebsuan kompanis\u00eb realizuese q\u00eb t\u00eb fitoj\u00eb dobi pron\u00ebsore.<\/p>\n

Hetimi i tret\u00eb \u201cTalir\u201d ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me financimin e paligjsh\u00ebm t\u00eb partis\u00eb politike VMRO-DPMNE. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb hetim, sipas PSP-s\u00eb, ka dyshim themelor se i dyshuari i par\u00eb, kryetari i partis\u00eb politike, ndon\u00ebse ka qen\u00eb i njohur p\u00ebr kufizimet ligjore, n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn prej vitit 2009 deri n\u00eb vitin 2015 ka mund\u00ebsuar q\u00eb n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb partis\u00eb n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me dispozitat ligjore t\u00eb Ligjit p\u00ebr financim t\u00eb partive politike q\u00eb t\u00eb fitoj\u00eb dobi t\u00eb natyr\u00ebs personale p\u00ebr forcimin e fuqis\u00eb politike edhe n\u00eb parti edhe n\u00eb shtet p\u00ebr t\u00eb vendosur kontroll t\u00eb plot\u00eb mbi partin\u00eb politike.<\/p>\n

Gjithsej 11 persona dyshohen p\u00ebr larje parash, prej t\u00eb cil\u00ebve 9 jan\u00eb ekzekutues t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt dhe 2 ndihm\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb konferenc\u00ebs s\u00eb sotme p\u00ebr media t\u00eb PSP-s\u00eb u b\u00eb fjal\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr rastin \u201cSopoti\u201d. PSP-ja ka arritur n\u00eb konstatim se d\u00ebshmia e d\u00ebshmitarit Ramadan Bajrami, \u00ebsht\u00eb marr\u00eb me dhun\u00eb.<\/p>\n

PSP-ja nuk mund t\u00eb hap l\u00ebnd\u00eb p\u00ebr rastin \u201cSopoti\u201d, pasi k\u00ebshtu ka vendosur K\u00ebshilli i Prokuror\u00ebve, mir\u00ebpo kjo nuk ka dekurajuar PSP-n\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb merret me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast. Prokuroria Speciale Publike m\u00eb her\u00ebt ka ngritur hetime p\u00ebr rastet \u201cTortura\u201d, \u201cTitanik\u201d, \u201cTransporter\u201d, \u201cTNT\u201d, \u201cFortesa\u201d, \u201cThesari\u201d, \u201cToplik\u201d, \u201cTender\u00eb\u201d, \u201cTanku\u201d dhe \u201cTarifa\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
