KE i ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb muaj afat Polonis\u00eb p\u00ebr zbatimin e propozimeve dhe i ka k\u00ebrkuar k\u00ebtij vendi t\u00eb rikthej\u00eb ndryshimet ligjore q\u00eb kan\u00eb shkaktuar reagime n\u00eb lidhje me sisitemin ligjor.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">N\u00eb nj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb t\u00eb KE-s\u00eb n\u00eb lidhje me \u00e7\u00ebshtjen thuhet se &#8220;N\u00ebse autoritetet e Polonis\u00eb nuk marrin masat e duhura, Komisioni mund t\u00eb marr\u00eb vendimin q\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjen ta d\u00ebrgoj\u00eb n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Evropiane t\u00eb Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">Polonis\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb i \u00ebsht\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb afat kohor prej dy muajsh, nd\u00ebrsa qeveria e Varshav\u00ebs nuk ka marr\u00eb n\u00eb konsiderat\u00eb propozimet e KE-s\u00eb dhe ka mbrojtur iden\u00eb se ndryshimet ligjore nuk jan\u00eb n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me ligjet e BE-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable selectionSharer\">Pas zgjedhjeve t\u00eb mbajtura n\u00eb vitin 2015 n\u00eb Poloni n\u00eb pushtet erdhi Partia Konservatore e Ligjit dhe Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb (PiS) me \u00e7&#8217;rast vendosi n\u00eb zbatim nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb ndryshimesh.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable selectionSharer\">N\u00eb mesin e k\u00ebtyre ndryshimeve reagime shkaktoi rregullorja legjislative e cila parashikon ndryshime n\u00eb em\u00ebrimin e drejtuesve t\u00eb transmetuesve publik dhe n\u00eb procedurat gjyq\u00ebsore t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese.
