\"\"<\/a>Gjykata n\u00eb Belgjik\u00eb ka vendosur se nuk mund t\u00eb gjykohen n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb ligjeve t\u00eb luft\u00ebs kund\u00ebr terrorizmit 36 institucione dhe persona n\u00eb mesin e t\u00eb cil\u00ebve ndodhen edhe t\u00eb ashtquajturit krer\u00ebt e PKK-s\u00eb p\u00ebr Evrop\u00ebn.<\/p>\n

Gjykata e Apelit ka shqyrtuar kund\u00ebrshtimin e k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs s\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb ndaj vendimit q\u00eb Departamenti i Hetimeve n\u00eb Bruksel mori vitin e kaluar se “PKK-ja nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb organizat\u00eb terroriste”.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb vendim u tha se 36 persona n\u00eb mesin e t\u00eb cil\u00ebve ndodhen edhe krer\u00ebt e organizat\u00ebs terroriste n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb, Remzi Kartal dhe Z\u00fcbeyir Aydar nuk mund t\u00eb gjykohen n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb ligjeve t\u00eb luft\u00ebs kund\u00ebr terrorizmit dhe u mbrojt se PKK-ja kryen nj\u00eb luft\u00eb t\u00eb armatosur nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n

Me miratimin e vendimit t\u00eb marr\u00eb vitin e kaluar p\u00ebr k\u00ebta persona aktualisht \u00ebsht\u00eb penguar q\u00eb ata t\u00eb gjykohen n\u00eb Belgjik\u00eb n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb ligjeve p\u00ebr luft\u00ebn kund\u00ebr terrorizmit. Nd\u00ebrsa b\u00ebhet e ditur se prokurori ka t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e ankimimit n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn e Lart\u00eb kund\u00ebr k\u00ebtij vendimi.<\/p>\n

Prokuroria pas hetimit t\u00eb nisur n\u00eb vitin 2010, ajo paraqiti aktakuz\u00ebn e saj n\u00eb tetor 2015. N\u00eb aktakuz\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e PKK-s\u00eb akuzohen se trajnonin n\u00eb kampet n\u00eb Belgjik\u00eb, Greqi dhe Irak t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb dhe f\u00ebmij\u00ebt pasi shk\u00ebputnin nga familjet e tyre n\u00eb Belgjik\u00eb dhe vendet e tjera t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs Per\u00ebndimore. N\u00eb mesin e akuzave t\u00eb drejtuara ishin edhe aktet p\u00ebr falsifikim dokumentesh dhe gjob\u00ebv\u00ebnie.<\/p>\n

Departamenti i Hetimeve n\u00eb Bruksel, vitin e kaluar n\u00eb muajin n\u00ebntor duke dh\u00ebn\u00eb vendimin se nuk konsideroheshin “vep\u00ebr terroriste” veprimet e kryera n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb akuzave, refuzoi k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn p\u00ebr transferimin e \u00e7\u00ebshtjes n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Penale.<\/p>\n
