Nd\u00ebrsa civil\u00ebt nga qytezat i kishte transportuar n\u00eb qendr\u00ebn e qarkut q\u00eb t&#8217;i p\u00ebrdor\u00eb si mburoj\u00eb e gjall\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nga ana tjet\u00ebr i bllokon arab\u00ebt dhe kurd\u00ebt t\u00eb cil\u00ebt d\u00ebshirojn\u00eb t\u00eb shkojn\u00eb n\u00eb rajonet t\u00eb kontrolluara nga regjimi i Bashar al Asadit dhe opozitar\u00ebve ushtarak\u00eb.
