Pothuajse asnj\u00eb sht\u00ebpi nuk mund t&#8217;i hap\u00eb dritaret apo dyert p\u00ebr ajrosjen e sht\u00ebpis\u00eb, qoft\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebngjes apo mbr\u00ebmje, e gjith\u00eb kjo p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb atij tymi q\u00eb Komuna e Istogut e legalizoj n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb zon\u00eb!<br \/>\nDisa nga banor\u00ebt kan\u00eb reaguar dhe kan\u00eb folur kund\u00ebr k\u00ebsaj padrejt\u00ebsie q\u00eb po iu b\u00ebhet, por ka edhe nga ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb frik\u00eb t\u00eb flasin dhe t\u00eb ankohen, p\u00ebr shkak se frik\u00ebsohen nga hakmarrja e pushtetit, e q\u00eb do t\u00eb ishte n\u00eb mosdh\u00ebnien e subvencioneve bujq\u00ebsore, p\u00ebr shkak se k\u00ebto fshatra merren kryesisht me bujq\u00ebsi dhe blegtori.<\/p>\n<p>Banor\u00ebt e k\u00ebsaj pjese t\u00eb Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Istogut, ndon\u00ebse nuk po mund ta ngritin z\u00ebrin, v\u00ebrtet\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00ebn nj\u00eb padrejt\u00ebsi t\u00eb madhe nga pushteti, edhe pse ky pushtet komunal kishte marr\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrqindje t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb votave nga k\u00ebta banor\u00eb, e sidomos nga Veriqi i cili po e p\u00ebson m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti nga tymi i deponis\u00eb s\u00eb mbeturinave t\u00eb m\u00eb se 50 fshatrave t\u00eb Istogut, por ja q\u00eb sot pushteti komunal nuk d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb d\u00ebgjoj fare p\u00ebr votuesit e vet!<\/p>\n<p>Arsyetimi i Komun\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb se &#8220;nuk ka buxhet&#8221;
