Lord David Trefgarne, kryetari i Komisionit p\u00ebr Shqyrtimin e Legjislacionit Sekondar, q\u00eb p\u00ebrgatiti raportin, kritikoi praktik\u00ebn CHIS, duke shprehur shqet\u00ebsime p\u00ebr “rrezikimin e sh\u00ebndetit mendor dhe fizik t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve duke i shfryt\u00ebzuar p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb n\u00eb operacion t\u00eb fsheht\u00eb”.<\/p>\n

Ministria mbron praktik\u00ebn<\/strong><\/p>\n

Edhe pse raporti nuk ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb ndonj\u00eb informacion n\u00eb lidhje me numrin e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur n\u00eb operacionet e fshehta policore, Ministria e Brendshme tha se ky num\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb “shum\u00eb i vog\u00ebl”.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb nj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb, ministria ka argumentuar se f\u00ebmij\u00ebt jan\u00eb mjet “i pashoq” p\u00ebr sigurim informacionesh, n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti kur b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr bandat.<\/p>\n

“Duke pasur parasysh se t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihen gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb si kriminel\u00eb dhe viktima n\u00eb krime t\u00eb r\u00ebnda, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb terrorizmin, bandat, trafikimin e drog\u00ebs dhe abuzimin seksual t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve, ka hap\u00ebsir\u00eb n\u00eb rritje q\u00eb t\u00eb miturit t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoren si CHIS”, thuhet n\u00eb deklarat\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrkaq, ekspert\u00ebt theksojn\u00eb se policia fillimisht kap f\u00ebmij\u00ebt q\u00eb jan\u00eb pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb bandave dhe m\u00eb pas i vendos n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn organizat\u00eb si agjent\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa kjo gjendje mund t\u00eb shkaktoj\u00eb q\u00eb ndaj tyre t\u00eb ushtrohet m\u00eb tep\u00ebr dhun\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb dyshimeve t\u00eb krer\u00ebve t\u00eb bandave t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb t\u00eb vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb till\u00eb, thuhet n\u00eb mediumet britanike.<\/p>\n

Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, Rights Watch, organizat\u00eb e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut e cila vepron n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e politikave t\u00eb siguris\u00eb, po ashtu kritikoi k\u00ebt\u00eb praktik\u00eb t\u00eb policis\u00eb, duke vler\u00ebsuar se “policia i vendos f\u00ebmij\u00ebt si figur\u00eb shahu n\u00eb cepat m\u00eb t\u00eb err\u00ebt”.<\/p>\n

Organizata po ashtu theksoi se qeveria britanike shkel detyrimet n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut p\u00ebrmes praktik\u00ebs s\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve agjent\u00eb, duke pohuar se n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb, shteti i zhyt ata edhe m\u00eb thell\u00eb n\u00eb krim n\u00eb vend se t’i shp\u00ebtoj\u00eb nga krimi.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
