P\u00ebr vizit\u00eb n\u00eb Maqedoni ndodhet Delegacioni i NATO-s, i kryesuar nga drejtori i Aleanc\u00ebs p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje evropiane dhe globale, James McKee, i cili me p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha institucioneve relevante n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces do t\u00eb bisedoj\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje politike, financiare, juridike, t\u00eb siguris\u00eb dhe t\u00eb mbrojtjes, n\u00eb suaza t\u00eb negociatave p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim.<\/p>\n

McKee n\u00eb konferenc\u00ebn e sotme p\u00ebr media me koordinatorin komb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr NATO, Stevo Pendarovski shfaqi pritje se Maqedonia do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet an\u00ebtarja e 30-t\u00eb e NATO-s p\u00ebr af\u00ebrsisht 18 muaj. Ai theksoi se pasi q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundojn\u00eb procedurat e brendshme n\u00eb vend dhe pasi q\u00eb parlamentet e t\u00eb gjitha vendeve an\u00ebtare t\u00eb NATO-s do ta ratifikojn\u00eb vendimin p\u00ebr hyrje, Maqedonia do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet an\u00ebtarja e 30-t\u00eb e Aleanc\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Duke i marr\u00eb parasysh p\u00ebrvojat e kaluara, i t\u00ebr\u00eb procesi do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb zgjas\u00eb rreth 18 muaj, theksoi McKee, i cili shtoi se n\u00eb bisedimet me p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e institucioneve t\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb do t\u00eb bisedohet edhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb reformash q\u00eb zbatohen n\u00eb shtet, si dhe p\u00ebr ato t\u00eb cilat fillimisht duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebhen n\u00eb procesin e inkuadrimit n\u00eb Aleanc\u00eb.<\/p>\n

“Vendi juaj disa vite ishte i ky\u00e7ur n\u00eb procesin e Partneritet p\u00ebr paqe dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrpunimin e planeve t\u00eb aksionit p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim, q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se shteti juaj me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i p\u00ebrgatitur”, tha McKee.<\/p>\n

Nga ana tjet\u00ebr Pendarovski tha se me k\u00ebt\u00eb vizit\u00eb fillojn\u00eb negociatat parainkuadruese.<\/p>\n

“Me vizit\u00ebn e k\u00ebtij delegacioni t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb NATO-s, ‘de fakto’, fillojn\u00eb negociatat parainkuadruese, nd\u00ebrkaq ajo q\u00eb kemi delegacion n\u00eb NATO i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb menj\u00ebher\u00eb pas sjelljes s\u00eb vendimit n\u00eb Samitin n\u00eb Bruksel, do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se Aleanca \u00ebsht\u00eb e gatshme t’u p\u00ebrgjigjet menj\u00ebher\u00eb angazhimeve t\u00eb cilat me vite i p\u00ebrs\u00ebrit\u00eb, e ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb ‘politika e dyerve t\u00eb hapura’. Ata kan\u00eb p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim t’i p\u00ebrmbushin obligimet e veta, ne duhet t’i p\u00ebrmbushim obligimet tona”, tha Pendarovski.<\/p>\n

Delegacioni i NATO-s, si\u00e7 theksoi Pendarovski, me p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e institucioneve relevante nuk do t\u00eb bisedoj\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjet politike, q\u00eb jan\u00eb detyr\u00eb sht\u00ebpie, para s\u00eb gjithash, k\u00ebtu mendohet n\u00eb Marr\u00ebveshjen e Presp\u00ebs, por do t\u00eb bisedohet p\u00ebr t\u00ebr\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb tipike n\u00eb rrjedh\u00ebn e negociatave parainkuadruese me secilin vend deri m\u00eb tani, nga \u00e7\u00ebshtjet ushtarako-teknike, e deri tek implikimet juridike dhe financiare nga an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimi i ardhsh\u00ebm i vendit n\u00eb Aleanc\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Delegacioni \u00ebsht\u00eb takuar edhe me kryeministrin Zoran Zaev, ku ai u p\u00ebrqendrua n\u00eb situat\u00ebn aktuale politike n\u00eb vend dhe prezantoi gatishm\u00ebrin\u00eb e vendit q\u00eb me p\u00ebrkushtim dhe gatishm\u00ebri t\u00eb plot\u00eb ta filloj\u00eb procesin p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim n\u00eb NATO pasi n\u00eb samitin e NATO-s n\u00eb Bruksel vendi mori ftes\u00ebn.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
