Vendimin p\u00ebr anulimin e seanc\u00ebs plenare e b\u00ebri t\u00eb ditur n\u00eb nj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb p\u00ebr mediat kryetari i Kuvendit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Gramoz Ru\u00e7i, i cili tha se ka ndjekur nga af\u00ebr dhe me preokupim maksimal situat\u00ebn dhe zhvillimet politike n\u00eb vend.<\/p>\n

\u201cPo ndjek me v\u00ebmendje e shqet\u00ebsim veprimet politike t\u00eb koleg\u00ebve t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs pas protest\u00ebs dhe vendimin e grupeve parlamentare t\u00eb Partis\u00eb Demokratike dhe L\u00ebvizjes Socialiste p\u00ebr Integrim p\u00ebr \u2018djegie t\u00eb mandateve parlamentare\u2019. Po ndjek me v\u00ebmendje dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi t\u00eb lart\u00eb vendimin dhe p\u00ebrgatitjet e opozit\u00ebs p\u00ebr protest\u00ebn e dat\u00ebs 21 shkurt, pran\u00eb sall\u00ebs s\u00eb seancave t\u00eb Kuvendit. Ftoj koleg\u00ebt deputet\u00eb, an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb grupeve parlamentare, t\u00eb mir\u00ebkuptojn\u00eb vendimin tim p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos zhvilluar seanc\u00ebn plenare t\u00eb dit\u00ebs s\u00eb enjte, dat\u00eb 21 shkurt”, deklaroi Ru\u00e7i<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrsa, kryetari i Partis\u00eb Demokratike t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Lulzim Basha, n\u00eb nj\u00eb prononcim p\u00ebr mediat pas mbledhjes s\u00eb K\u00ebshillin Komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Partis\u00eb Demokratike, ku u vendos n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb unanime djegia e mandateve parlamentare, tha se \u201cP\u00ebrmes k\u00ebtij vendimi t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb dhe t\u00eb paprecedent\u00eb ne synojm\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7ojm\u00eb deri n\u00eb fund betej\u00ebn ton\u00eb p\u00ebr vlerat evropiane\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cNe e hedhim k\u00ebt\u00eb hap pasi kemi shteruar \u00e7do mund\u00ebsi tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebr t\u2019i kthyer legjitimitetin institucioneve t\u00eb mbetura apo p\u00ebr t\u00eb ringritur ato q\u00eb jan\u00eb shkat\u00ebrruar\u201d, deklaroi Basha.<\/p>\n

Sipas Kushtetut\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, mandati i deputetit mbaron ose \u00ebsht\u00eb i pavlefsh\u00ebm, edhe n\u00eb rastin kur ai heq dor\u00eb nga mandati, ose kur mungon pa arsye mbi 6 muaj rresht n\u00eb Kuvend. N\u00eb rast se mandatet do t\u00eb shpallen zyrtarisht t\u00eb pavlefsh\u00ebm, sipas Kodit Zgjedhor t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, mandati i nd\u00ebrprer\u00eb i kalon kandidatit vijues t\u00eb list\u00ebs s\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebs parti politike n\u00eb zon\u00ebn zgjedhore p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vendim politik, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb vazhdim institucionet, konkretisht Kuvendi i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe Komisioni Qendror i Zgjedhjeve do t\u00eb vendosin se si do t\u00eb realizohet procedura p\u00ebr plot\u00ebsimin e vakanc\u00ebs s\u00eb deputet\u00ebve.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb lidhje me vendimin e PD-s\u00eb, ka reaguar Misioni i OSBE-s\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, ku n\u00eb nj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb zyrtar thekson se \u201cVendimi i deputet\u00ebve t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u2019u dor\u00ebhequr nga Kuvendi minon procesin demokratik ligjv\u00ebn\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebrb\u00ebn nj\u00eb heqje dor\u00eb nga p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia e tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuar qytetar\u00ebt q\u00eb i kan\u00eb votuar. Reformat thelb\u00ebsore dhe gjer\u00ebsisht t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetura po vonohen\u201d.<\/p>\n

Kujtojm\u00eb se partit\u00eb opozitare t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Partia Demokratike (PD) dhe Partia L\u00ebvizja Socialiste p\u00ebr Integrim(LSI), kan\u00eb paralajm\u00ebruar se do t\u00eb mbajn\u00eb nj\u00eb protest\u00eb antiqeveritare nes\u00ebr para selis\u00eb s\u00eb Kuvendit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, me k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn p\u00ebr krijimin e nj\u00eb qeverie tranzitore.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
