{"id":27542,"date":"2019-07-03T14:12:48","date_gmt":"2019-07-03T12:12:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/shekulliagency.com\/?p=27542"},"modified":"2019-07-03T14:12:48","modified_gmt":"2019-07-03T12:12:48","slug":"zgjedhjet-vendore-ne-shqiperi-perfundon-numerimi-i-votave","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alb.shekulliagency.com\/?p=27542","title":{"rendered":"Zgjedhjet vendore n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, p\u00ebrfundon num\u00ebrimi i votave"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/alb.shekulliagency.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/thumbs_b_c_44a642699f8e0f858e310f1be00e629b.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-27543\" src=\"http:\/\/alb.shekulliagency.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/thumbs_b_c_44a642699f8e0f858e310f1be00e629b.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"863\" height=\"485\" srcset=\"https:\/\/alb.shekulliagency.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/thumbs_b_c_44a642699f8e0f858e310f1be00e629b.jpg 863w, https:\/\/alb.shekulliagency.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/thumbs_b_c_44a642699f8e0f858e310f1be00e629b-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/alb.shekulliagency.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/thumbs_b_c_44a642699f8e0f858e310f1be00e629b-768x432.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 863px) 100vw, 863px\" \/><\/a>N\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri ka p\u00ebrfunduar procesi i num\u00ebrimit t\u00eb votave n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb territorin e vendit p\u00ebr zgjedhjet vendore q\u00eb u mbajt\u00ebn m\u00eb 30 qershor.<\/p>\n<p>Partia Socialiste e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb udh\u00ebheq n\u00eb rezultatet p\u00ebr kryetar t\u00eb bashkive dhe n\u00eb rezultatet p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebshillave bashkiake n\u00eb rang vendi, nd\u00ebrsa lista zyrtare e fituesve pritet t\u00eb shpallet n\u00eb dit\u00ebt n\u00eb vazhdim nga Komisioni Qendror i Zgjedhjeve (KQZ).<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb nj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb p\u00ebr mediat, z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsja e KQZ-s\u00eb, Drilona Hoxhaj, tha se sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave paraprake n\u00eb sistemin elektronik t\u00eb institucionit zgjedhor rezulton se kan\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb votime 812.249 zgjedh\u00ebs ose 22.97 p\u00ebr qind e numrit t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb zgjedh\u00ebsve prej 3.536.016.<\/p>\n<p>Pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb procesit t\u00eb num\u00ebrimit dhe miratimit t\u00eb tabelave t\u00eb rezultateve nga Komisionet e Zon\u00ebs s\u00eb Administrimit Zgjedhor (KZAZ), ka nisur dor\u00ebzimi n\u00eb KQZ i kutive t\u00eb votimit dhe kutive me materialet zgjedhore.<\/p>\n<p>Hoxhaj deklaroi se rezultati p\u00ebrfundimtar zyrtar do t\u00eb shpallet vet\u00ebm pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb afateve ankimore n\u00eb rrug\u00eb administrative pran\u00eb KQZ-s\u00eb apo ankimimeve t\u00eb mundshme n\u00eb Kolegjin Zgjedhor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zgjedhjet vendore n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Zgjedhjet vendore p\u00ebr kryetar\u00ebt e 61 bashkive dhe an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e k\u00ebshillave bashkiak\u00eb u zhvilluan sipas dekretit t\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb presidentit t\u00eb vendit, Ilir Meta, i cili u anulua m\u00eb 10 qershor.<\/p>\n<p>Dekreti i ri q\u00eb p\u00ebrcakton 13 tetorin si dat\u00eb p\u00ebr zgjedhjet vendore nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur dhe njohur nga kryeministri Edi Rama.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb zgjedhje mori pjes\u00eb partia n\u00eb pushtet, Partia Socialiste e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb (PS), e drejtuar nga Rama e cila udh\u00ebheq koalicionin e em\u00ebrtuar &#8220;Aleanca p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb Evropiane&#8221;, s\u00eb bashku me disa parti aleate t\u00eb saj.<\/p>\n<p>Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, partit\u00eb kryesore opozitare, Partia Demokratike (PD) dhe Partia L\u00ebvizja Socialiste p\u00ebr Integrim (LSI), bojkotuan zgjedhjet vendore, nd\u00ebrsa pjes\u00eb e procesit zgjedhor ishin disa parti t\u00eb tjera opozitare parlamentare dhe joparlamentare.<\/p>\n<p>Pas k\u00ebtyre zhvillimeve, presidenti Meta, ka propozuar q\u00eb 13 tetori 2019 t\u00eb jet\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm data e zgjedhjeve lokale, por edhe e atyre parlamentare dhe presidenciale.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>N\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri ka p\u00ebrfunduar procesi i num\u00ebrimit t\u00eb votave n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb territorin e vendit p\u00ebr zgjedhjet vendore q\u00eb u mbajt\u00ebn m\u00eb 30 qershor.
