mbi t\u00eb cilin ka nd\u00ebrtuar demokracin\u00eb e saj, tha presidenti i vendit, Recep Tayyip Erdogan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Funksionimi i pavarur i pushtetit legjislativ, ekzekutiv dhe gjyq\u00ebsor nuk i pengon ata t\u00eb nd\u00ebrlidhen me misionin e presidentit n\u00eb Kushtetut\u00eb si kreu i shtetit&#8221;, tha Erdogan n\u00eb ceremonin\u00eb e hapjes s\u00eb vitit gjyq\u00ebsor n\u00eb kryeqytetin Ankara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Megjith\u00ebse Turqia ka p\u00ebrjetuar shum\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi nga pu\u00e7et deri te tutela, ajo gjithmon\u00eb i \u00ebsht\u00eb bindur ides\u00eb s\u00eb ndarjes s\u00eb pushtetit e cila mban n\u00eb nivelin m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb vullnetin e njer\u00ebzve dhe bot\u00ebkuptimit t\u00eb demokracis\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb&#8221;, deklaroi Erdogan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Duke folur p\u00ebr Dokumentin e Strategjis\u00eb s\u00eb Reform\u00ebs Gjyq\u00ebsore, Erdogan tha se Turqia gjithashtu ka treguar p\u00ebrkushtim ndaj detyrimeve t\u00eb saj p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin e plot\u00eb n\u00eb Bashkimin Evropian (BE) me k\u00ebt\u00eb dokument, nd\u00ebrsa organet e BE-s\u00eb &#8220;jan\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb q\u00ebndrim haptazi diskriminues ndaj Turqis\u00eb&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Turqia aplikoi p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim n\u00eb BE n\u00eb vitin 1987, nd\u00ebrsa bisedimet filluan m\u00eb 2005.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Megjithat\u00eb, negociatat u nd\u00ebrpren\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 2007 p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtimeve t\u00eb administrat\u00ebs qipriote greke n\u00eb ishullin e ndar\u00eb t\u00eb Qipros si dhe kund\u00ebrshtimit t\u00eb Gjermanis\u00eb dhe Franc\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Presidenti turk gjithashtu u zotua t\u00eb zbatoj\u00eb nj\u00eb reform\u00eb gjyq\u00ebsore n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr p\u00ebr t\u00eb thjeshtuar proceset gjyq\u00ebsore dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb zhvilluar zgjidhje alternative p\u00ebr mosmarr\u00ebveshjet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00ebt\u00eb vit, Turqia t\u00eb kompletoj\u00eb Dokumentin e Strategjis\u00eb s\u00eb Reform\u00ebs Gjyq\u00ebsore, nj\u00eb plan i shpalosur m\u00eb 30 maj p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar pun\u00ebn e gjyq\u00ebsorit t\u00eb vendit.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Turqia gjithmon\u00eb ka vepruar n\u00eb pajtim me &#8220;parimin e ndarjes s\u00eb pushtetit&#8221;
