Pavar\u00ebsisht vendimit t\u00eb OKB-s\u00eb, Britania e Madhe ka refuzuar t’i jap\u00eb fund administrimit kolonial n\u00eb Arkipelagun Chagos q\u00eb ndodhet n\u00eb Oqeanin Indian. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sot ka p\u00ebrfunduar afati q\u00eb OKB-ja i kishte dh\u00ebn\u00eb Britanis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2018i rikthyer Mauriciusit, Arkipelagun Chagos. Por, pavar\u00ebsisht k\u00ebsaj qeveria e Londr\u00ebs ka njoftuar se nuk do t\u2018i jap\u00eb fund administrimit t\u00eb saj kolonial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00eb nj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb nga Ministria e Jashtme britanike thuhet se “Britania nuk ka asnj\u00eb dyshim p\u00ebr sovranitetin ton\u00eb mbi Territorin Britanik t\u00eb Oqeanit Indian, i cili ka qen\u00eb n\u00ebn sundimin britanik q\u00eb nga viti 1814. Mauriciusi asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk ka pasur sovranitet mbi Territorin Britanik n\u00eb Oqeanin Indian dhe Britania nuk e njeh pretendimin (e Mauriciusit)”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

P\u00ebrball\u00eb k\u00ebsaj lideri i Partis\u00eb Laburiste n\u00eb opozit\u00ebn kryesore Jeremy Corbyn tha se refuzimi i dor\u00ebzimit t\u00eb ishujve \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me vendimet e Asambles\u00eb s\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb OKB-s\u00eb dhe Gjykat\u00ebs Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb. “Kjo qeveri e Partis\u00eb Konservatore n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb turpshme mendon se \u00ebsht\u00eb mbi ligjin nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar. Nj\u00eb qeveri e Partis\u00eb Laboriste do t’i jap\u00eb fund administrimit kolonial”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Administrimi kolonial i Britanis\u00eb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Republika e Mauriciusit nj\u00eb prej vendeve ishull n\u00eb Oqeanin Indian, n\u00eb vitin 1598 ka qen\u00eb koloni e Holand\u00ebs, n\u00eb vitin 1715 e Franc\u00ebs. Nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb vitin 1814 me marr\u00ebveshjen e Parisit, Mauriciusi hyri n\u00ebn sundimin britanik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Britania e cila shfryt\u00ebzoi k\u00ebto ishuj p\u00ebr 150 vjet, me presionin e OKB-s\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1968, tre vite para se t’i jepte pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb Mauriciusit ajo ndau nga vendi Arkipelagun Chagos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Krahas Chagos, Britania ndau nga Sejshelet dhe ishujt Aldabra, Farquhar dhe Desroche dhe n\u00eb vitin 1965 k\u00ebto ishuj n\u00eb fjal\u00eb i shpalli si pjes\u00eb e Territorit Britanik n\u00eb Oqeanit Indian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pavar\u00ebsisht se m\u00eb pas u detyrua t’i rikthej\u00eb ishujt q\u00eb ndau, Britania vazhdoi pranin\u00eb e saj n\u00eb Territorin Britanik n\u00eb Oqeanit Indian q\u00eb ka gjithsej 2.300 ishuj t\u00eb vegj\u00ebl dhe n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn jugore t\u00eb n\u00ebnkontinentit t\u00eb posht\u00ebm indian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

P\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb rezolute t\u00eb miratuar me 116 vota “pro” dhe 6 “kund\u00ebr” n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti, Asambleja e P\u00ebrgjithshme e OKB-s\u00eb k\u00ebrkoi nga Britania, e cila mban n\u00ebn kontroll Arkipelagun Chagos q\u00eb nga pavar\u00ebsimi i Mauriciusit m\u00eb 1968, t’i jap\u00eb fund “administrimit kolonial” dhe t’ia dor\u00ebzoj\u00eb rajonin Mauriciusit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
