Rusia kan\u00eb shkaktuar zhvendosjen e m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 300.000 personave n\u00eb provinc\u00ebn e Idlibit n\u00eb veriper\u00ebndim t\u00eb Siris\u00eb. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Turqia asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb braktis\u00eb vendet e saj fqinje, tha Soylu n\u00eb Ankara, duke shtuar se Drejtoria e Menaxhimit t\u00eb Fatkeq\u00ebsive dhe Emergjencave (AFAD) dhe Gjysm\u00ebh\u00ebna e Kuqe Turke kan\u00eb ndihmuar shum\u00eb prej t\u00eb prekurve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Soylu theksoi se Turqia vazhdon me p\u00ebrpjekjet intensive p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndihmuar t\u00eb gjith\u00eb personat e zhvendosur me organizatat e qeveritare dhe joqeveritare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ai tha se Turqia asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk do t&#8217;i linte f\u00ebmij\u00ebt sirian\u00eb n\u00eb bombardime dhe vdekje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Soylu gjithashtu theksoi r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e Turqis\u00eb p\u00ebr Lindjen e Mesme, duke theksuar: &#8220;P\u00ebrderisa Turqia ka paqe dhe stabilitet, rajoni do t\u00eb ket\u00eb paqe dhe stabilitet&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eb 20 dhjetor regjimi i Asadit dhe aleat\u00ebt e tij nis\u00ebn nj\u00eb fushat\u00eb ushtarake kryesisht n\u00eb qytetet Maarat Al-Numan and Saraqib, si dhe n\u00eb zonat rurale p\u00ebrreth, duke marr\u00eb n\u00ebn kontroll 35 zona t\u00eb banuara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sulmet ajrore n\u00eb rajon u ndal\u00ebn pas vizit\u00ebs s\u00eb nj\u00eb delegacioni turk t\u00eb udh\u00ebhequr nga Zv\/ministri i Jasht\u00ebm Sedat \u00d6nal n\u00eb Mosk\u00eb m\u00eb 23 dhjetor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Turqia dhe Rusia n\u00eb shtator t\u00eb vitit t\u00eb kaluar u dakorduan q\u00eb t\u00eb shnd\u00ebrrojn\u00eb Idlibin n\u00eb nj\u00eb zon\u00eb t\u00eb deeskalimit n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht do t\u00eb ndaloheshin aktet e agresionit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Q\u00eb at\u00ebher\u00eb, m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 1.600 civil\u00eb jan\u00eb vrar\u00eb n\u00eb sulme nga regjimi dhe forcat ruse n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e deeskalimit nd\u00ebrsa arm\u00ebpushimi vazhdon t\u00eb shkelet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mbi nj\u00eb milion sirian\u00eb kan\u00eb l\u00ebvizur n\u00eb af\u00ebrsi t\u00eb kufirit turk p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb sulmeve intensive n\u00eb vitin 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sipas Koalicionit Komb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr Forcat Revolucionare dhe Opozitare Siriane, n\u00eb provinc\u00ebn Idlib jetojn\u00eb rreth
