Armenia nuk e b\u00ebn k\u00ebt\u00eb. \u00cbsht\u00eb gjithashtu absurde t\u00eb pres\u00ebsh q\u00eb nj\u00eb shtet q\u00eb nuk respekton ligjet e luft\u00ebs dhe v\u00eb n\u00eb sh\u00ebnjest\u00ebr dhe bombardon civil\u00ebt, t\u00eb respektoj\u00eb arm\u00ebpushimin&#8221;, tha \u015eentop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u015eentop komentoi edhe sulmin e Armenis\u00eb ndaj qytetit Ganja dhe qyteteve t\u00eb tjera me raketa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb krim lufte sipas Konvent\u00ebs s\u00eb Gjenev\u00ebs. Megjith\u00ebse nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb pal\u00eb n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare Penale (GJNP), mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb e mundur q\u00eb Armenia t\u00eb gjykohet n\u00eb nj\u00eb gjykat\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb themelohet nga K\u00ebshilli i Sigurimit i Kombeve t\u00eb Bashkuara dhe GJNP sipas statusit t\u00eb Rom\u00ebs. Por, \u00ebsht\u00eb e nevojshme q\u00eb e gjith\u00eb bota t\u2019i shoh\u00eb k\u00ebto krime lufte. S\u00eb pari, shtetet bashk\u00ebkryesuese t\u00eb Grupit t\u00eb Minskut t\u00eb OSBE-s\u00eb duhet t\u2019i d\u00ebnojn\u00eb sulmet ndaj civil\u00ebve.
