Mesatarja e Evrop\u00ebs ku pretendohet t\u00eb jen\u00eb vendet e Ballkanit \u00ebsht\u00eb 66 pik\u00eb nd\u00ebrsa sipas KDI asnj\u00ebra nga vendet e Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor nuk afrohen k\u00ebsaj mesatare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb aspektin global, nga 180 vende t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshira n\u00eb vler\u00ebsimin e &#8220;Transparency International&#8221;, Danimarka dhe Zelanda e Re ndajn\u00eb pozit\u00ebn e par\u00eb me 88 pik\u00eb, t\u00eb ndjekura nga Finlanda, Singapori, Suedia dhe Zvicra me 85 pik\u00eb. Vendin e fundit n\u00eb bot\u00eb e mban Somalia me 10 pik\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Transparency International&#8221; (TI), p\u00ebrdor nj\u00eb metodologji t\u00eb sofistikuar shkencore dhe raportin e bazon kryesisht n\u00eb raportet kredibile nga organizata nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare si Freedom House, World Bank, Bertelsmann Foundation, World Justice Project ROLI, Global Insight dhe Varieties of Democracy Project.
