luft\u00ebs, \u00ebsht\u00eb mbajtur konferenca e kat\u00ebrt statusore ndaj ish-krer\u00ebve t\u00eb Ushtris\u00eb \u00c7lirimtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (U\u00c7K), Hashim Tha\u00e7i, Kadri Veseli, Jakup Krasniqi dhe Rexhep Selimi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Edhe kjo konferenc\u00eb, sikurse konferenca e fundit, u fokusua tek organizimi i shk\u00ebmbimeve nd\u00ebrmjet pal\u00ebve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zyra e Prokurorit t\u00eb Specializuar tha se sa i takon p\u00ebrdit\u00ebsimit t\u00eb nxjerrjes s\u00eb materialeve, pas konferenc\u00ebs s\u00eb fundit, Prokuroria ka nxjerr\u00eb edhe dy pako me material, nd\u00ebrsa po punojn\u00eb q\u00eb t\u2019i shikojn\u00eb \u201cn\u00eb imt\u00ebsi t\u00eb gjitha materialet\u201d dhe deklaratat e d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSa i takon v\u00ebllimit, deklaratat e m\u00ebparshme t\u00eb gjysm\u00ebs s\u00eb numrit t\u00eb d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebve jan\u00eb p\u00ebrpunuar dhe jan\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb dispozicion dhe jan\u00eb pjes\u00eb e k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs p\u00ebr masat mbrojt\u00ebse\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb prokurorja e rastit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mbrojtja e ish-presidentit Tha\u00e7i u shpreh kritike ndaj sistemit t\u00eb nxjerrjes s\u00eb materialeve, duke e cil\u00ebsuar at\u00eb si jo t\u00eb dobishme, nd\u00ebrkaq, theksoi se atmosfera n\u00eb mes t\u00eb mbrojtjes dhe prokuroris\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb &#8220;gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb jobashk\u00ebpunuese&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mbrojtja e Tha\u00e7it madje tha se ndon\u00ebse prokuroria ia ka ofruar dokumentin prej mbi 60 faqesh t\u00eb intervist\u00ebs s\u00eb Tha\u00e7it para Dhomave t\u00eb Specializuara (t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb korrikun e kaluar), ky institucion nuk i ka ofruar mbrojtjes dokumentet q\u00eb i jan\u00eb paraqitur Tha\u00e7it gjat\u00eb intervistimit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gjykat\u00ebsi i procedur\u00ebs paraprake, Nicolas Guillou, tha se Zyra e Prokurorit t\u00eb Specializuar n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen duhet t\u00eb prioritizoj\u00eb nxjerrjen e materialeve q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebt, dhe t\u00eb cilat mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb materiale shfaj\u00ebsuese, gj\u00eb e cila sipas tij \u201cdo ta ndihmonte mbrojtjen n\u00eb pun\u00ebn e saj\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gjithashtu, gjykat\u00ebsi n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb seanc\u00eb ka k\u00ebrkuar nj\u00eb dat\u00eb nga prokuroria p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfundimin e hetimeve dhe dor\u00ebzimin e dosjes paraprake, nd\u00ebrsa ZPS ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se materialet t\u2019i dor\u00ebzojn\u00eb n\u00eb jav\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb shtatorit 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sa i p\u00ebrket fillimit t\u00eb hetimeve nga pala mbrojt\u00ebse, avokati i Tha\u00e7it, Pierre Richard Prosper, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se nuk jan\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u2019i fillojn\u00eb pun\u00ebt hetimore n\u00eb prill, kjo edhe p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb nxjerrjes s\u00eb materialeve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cUn\u00eb v\u00ebrej q\u00eb prokuroria e ka dor\u00ebzuar nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb her\u00ebt aktakuz\u00ebn dhe thon\u00eb q\u00eb ende jan\u00eb duke kryer hetime dhe kjo m\u00eb duket e \u00e7uditshme. Ne nuk kemi mundur t\u00eb udh\u00ebtojm\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Tha\u00e7in nuk e kam takuar q\u00eb prej koh\u00ebs kur e kan\u00eb arrestuar. Ne nuk kemi mundur t\u2019i diskutojm\u00eb materialet\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb ai, duke shtuar se derisa t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb takohen, nuk mund t\u00eb ecin p\u00ebrpara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avokati i Rexhep Selimit, David Young, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se n\u00eb teori nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e hetimeve mund t\u00eb filloj\u00eb n\u00eb prill, por ka theksuar se hetimi \u00ebsht\u00eb ngadal\u00ebsuar, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb pandemis\u00eb s\u00eb COVID-19.
