Marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie apo marr\u00ebveshje reciprociteti&nbsp; kan\u00eb kuptimin dhe praktik\u00ebn e barazis\u00eb pa imponime, pa paragjykime dhe t\u00eb barabarta; si&nbsp; dhe detyrime, barazi por edhe bashkepunim e vart\u00ebsi reciproke n\u00eb l\u00ebmenj e fusha t\u00eb ndryshme nd\u00ebrkomunitare e nd\u00ebrshtet\u00ebrore si ekonomike, tregtare, politike , shtet\u00ebrore, akademike, kulturore, sportive etj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kur k\u00ebto ralizohem seriozisht nga dy shtete t\u00eb cilat edhe nuk e kan\u00eb njohur deklarativisht nj\u00ebra-tjetr\u00ebn, por kur zbatohen ato si t\u00eb drejta e detyrime nd\u00ebrmjet pal\u00ebve at\u00ebhere ato i paraprijn\u00eb edhe njohjeve reciproke deklarative nd\u00ebrmjet shteteve.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kjo p\u00ebrb\u00ebn de fakto njohje nd\u00ebrmjet shtetesh.
