kund\u00ebr BE-s\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorimin e kriz\u00ebs energjetike si arm\u00eb, Borrell n\u00eb Konferenc\u00ebn Nd\u00ebrparlamentare t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt p\u00ebr Politik\u00eb t\u00eb Jashtme dhe t\u00eb Siguris\u00eb tha se Evropa n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn e ardhshme pritet t\u00eb p\u00ebrballet me &#8220;nj\u00eb t\u00eb ardhme t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ai theksoi se nga pasojat e luft\u00ebs do t\u00eb vuaj\u00eb edhe pjesa tjet\u00ebr e bot\u00ebs, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht vendet afrikane, duke theksuar se kriz\u00ebn ekonomike nuk e kan\u00eb shkaktuar sanksionet e BE-s\u00eb kund\u00ebr Rusis\u00eb, por ajo u shkaktua nga vet\u00eb lufta, duke shtuar se Brukseli d\u00ebshiron ta ndal\u00eb luft\u00ebn duke vendosur masa kufizuese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Borrell gjithashtu shtoi se ndikimi i sanksioneve t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb n\u00eb ekonomin\u00eb ruse \u00ebsht\u00eb sigurisht n\u00eb rritje, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb sektor\u00ebt e teknologjis\u00eb s\u00eb lart\u00eb si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb aviacioni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ai shtoi gjithashtu se sektori energjetik i Rusis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb &#8220;modalitet deflacioni&#8221;
