K\u00ebrkesa e autoriteteve ruse p\u00ebr ekstradim bazohet n\u00eb vendimin dat\u00eb 25.08.2022 t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Qarkut Meshchansky, Mosk\u00eb, me t\u00eb cilin \u00ebsht\u00eb caktuar masa e sigurimit &#8216;Arrest n\u00eb burg&#8217;, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale t\u00eb sip\u00ebrcituar&#8221;, thuhet n\u00eb njoftim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eb tej theksohet se nga prokurori \u00ebsht\u00eb marr\u00eb kontakt me shtetasen ruse p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn k\u00ebrkohet ekstradimi, Svetlana Timofeeva, e cila sipas njoftimit ka refuzuar t\u00eb jap\u00eb p\u00eblqimin p\u00ebr ekstradimin e saj n\u00eb Rusi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;N\u00eb vijim t\u00eb veprimeve procedurale, m\u00eb dat\u00eb 10.01.2023, Prokuroria pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Elbasan ka dor\u00ebzuar n\u00eb gjykat\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn me objekt: marrjen n\u00eb shqyrtim t\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs s\u00eb autoriteteve ruse p\u00ebr ekstradimin nga Shqip\u00ebria n\u00eb Rusi t\u00eb shtetases ruse Svetlana Timofeeva&#8221;, thuhet n\u00eb njoftim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prokuroria konfirmon se aktualisht shtetasja ruse \u00ebsht\u00eb e paraburgosur n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri n\u00ebn mas\u00ebn e sigurimit &#8220;Arrest n\u00eb burg&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Incidenti n\u00eb uzin\u00ebn ushtarake n\u00eb Gramsh<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eb 20 gusht t\u00eb vitit 2022, ndodhi nj\u00eb incident n\u00eb nj\u00eb uzin\u00eb ushtarake n\u00eb Gramsh t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, ku sipas autoriteteve shqiptare dy shtetas rus\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb shtetas ukrainas tentuan t\u00eb hyjn\u00eb n\u00eb uzin\u00eb, duke p\u00ebrdoruar edhe sprej neoparalizues, ku si pasoj\u00eb u l\u00ebnduan dy ushtarak\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebr ngjarjen n\u00eb Gramsh, shtetasit e huaj u arrestuan p\u00ebr veprat penale &#8220;Goditja p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb detyr\u00ebs&#8221;, &#8220;Dh\u00ebnia e informatave sekrete&#8221; dhe &#8220;Sigurimi i informatave&#8221;, kryer n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb lidhje me incidentin n\u00eb Gramsh, autoritetet shqiptare kan\u00eb deklaruar se do t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb hetim t\u00eb plot\u00eb rreth ngjarjes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb shtator t\u00eb vitit t\u00eb kaluar, Gjykata e Apelit Durr\u00ebs la n\u00eb fuqi mas\u00ebn e siguris\u00eb &#8220;arrest me burg&#8221; t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Elbasan, p\u00ebr dy shtetasit rus\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb shtetas ukrainas, t\u00eb arrestuar p\u00ebr incidentin n\u00eb uzin\u00ebn ushtarake.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Autoritetet ruse kan\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar zyrtarisht ekstradimin nga Shqip\u00ebria n\u00eb Rusi t\u00eb shtetases ruse Svetlana Timofeeva, e p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb incident n\u00eb nj\u00eb uzin\u00eb ushtarake n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri vitin e kaluar.
