Presidenti rus Vladimir Putin tha se Rusia do t\u00eb pezulloj\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarrjen e saj n\u00eb t\u00eb vetmin traktat t\u00eb mbetur t\u00eb kontrollit t\u00eb arm\u00ebve me SHBA-n\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Duke iu drejtuar parlamentit rus, i njohur gjithashtu si Asambleja Federale, n\u00eb kryeqytetin Mosk\u00eb, Putin tha se traktati “New START” u n\u00ebnshkrua n\u00eb nj\u00eb realitet politik thelb\u00ebsisht t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm dhe nuk pasqyron m\u00eb situat\u00ebn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ai tha se Washington-i vendosi sanksione anti-ruse, t\u00eb cilat penguan Mosk\u00ebn t\u00eb zhvillonte “inspektime t\u00eb papenguara” n\u00eb territorin e SHBA-s\u00eb dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me rrethanat, krijoi “p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi t\u00eb dukshme t\u00eb nj\u00ebanshme p\u00ebr pal\u00ebn amerikane”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ai tha gjithashtu se t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e mbledhura nga ushtria amerikane gjat\u00eb inspektimeve mund t\u2019i transferohen ushtris\u00eb ukrainase p\u00ebr sulme n\u00eb objektet strategjike ushtarake t\u00eb Rusis\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

P\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj, Putin tha se duke k\u00ebrkuar nga Rusia t\u00eb rifilloj\u00eb inspektimet, NATO deklaroi d\u00ebshir\u00ebn e saj p\u00ebr t\u2019u b\u00ebr\u00eb pal\u00eb e traktatit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Ne pajtohemi me k\u00ebt\u00eb, ju lutem. P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, ne besojm\u00eb se nj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb e till\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e vonuar. N\u00eb fund t\u00eb fundit, ka m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb fuqi b\u00ebrthamore n\u00eb NATO, SHBA-ja, Britania dhe Franca gjithashtu kan\u00eb arsenale b\u00ebrthamore”, tha ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Jam i detyruar t\u00eb njoftoj sot se Rusia po pezullon pjes\u00ebmarrjen e saj n\u00eb Traktatin e Reduktimit t\u00eb Arm\u00ebve Strategjike (New START). E p\u00ebrs\u00ebris \u2013 nuk t\u00ebrhiqet nga kontrata, por sakt\u00ebsisht pezullon pjes\u00ebmarrjen e saj”, tha ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Putin tha se ai \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb dijeni t\u00eb planeve t\u00eb SHBA-s\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb testuar arm\u00eb t\u00eb reja b\u00ebrthamore dhe se udh\u00ebzuar Ministrin\u00eb ruse t\u00eb Mbrojtjes q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitej p\u00ebr t\u00eb testuar arm\u00ebt b\u00ebrthamore ruse si p\u00ebrgjigje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“N\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb proaktive, ne nuk do t\u00eb testojm\u00eb asgj\u00eb, por n\u00ebse SHBA-ja teston arm\u00ebt e saj b\u00ebrthamore, ne do t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn gj\u00eb si p\u00ebrgjigje”, tha ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
