I kujtoj gjith\u00eb opinionit  duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe Shtetet e Quint-it, dhe kushdo qoft\u00eb q\u00eb angazhohet n\u00eb bisedimet n\u00eb mes\u00eb t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs dhe Beogradit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Se  n\u00eb Serbin Jugore, \u00ebsht\u00eb Krahina shqiptare q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshin Preshev\u00eb, Medvegj\u00eb dhe Bujanoc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dhe kemi organizuar Referendumin  e dat\u00ebs 1 e 2 Mars 1992, p\u00ebrveq\u00eb Referendumi-t ka patur nj\u00eb kryengritje t\u00eb armatosur dhe udh\u00ebhoq\u00ebm  luft\u00ebn e armatosur p\u00ebrmes  Ushtria \u00c7lirimtare  p\u00ebr  Preshev\u00eb, Medvegj\u00eb dhe Bujanoc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00cbsht\u00eb luftuar p\u00ebr mbrotjen e pragut t\u00eb sht\u00ebpis\u00eb dhe kund\u00ebr trajtimit t\u00eb padrejt-diskriminmin n\u00eb gjitha fushat, duke arrit q\u00eb faktori politik dhe ushtarak nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb  t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsoj dhe t\u00eb arrihet edhe Marr\u00ebveshja e Kon\u00e7ulit.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Andaj, Serbia para se t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj nga Kosova, fillimisht do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb formoj Bashk\u00ebsin e komunave etnike Shqiptare n\u00eb Serbin Jugore, e tek at\u00ebher\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj  kushte p\u00ebr krijimin e  Bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb komunave etnike Serbe n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pakica  Serbe n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb e favorizuar, q\u00eb n\u00eb asnj\u00eb shtet t\u00eb bot\u00ebs nuk kan t\u00eb drejta pakicat sikur n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb-q\u00eb pakica Serbe g\u00ebzon t\u00eb drejta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kemi  dy standarde n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast mb\u00ebshtesin pakic\u00ebn Serbe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, por po harrojn Shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Preshev\u00eb, Medvegj\u00eb e Bujanoci q\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1992 kemi organizuar Referendum. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Serbia vet\u00eb e ka\u00a0,,zgjidhur \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e pakicave\u2019\u2019\u00a0p\u00ebrmes\u00eb 22 K\u00ebshillave Nacionale, kurse k\u00ebrkon Bashk\u00ebsi t\u00eb komunave p\u00ebr pakic\u00ebn Serbe n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
