Prokurori i shtetit Dave Yost, i cili b\u00ebri nj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb n\u00eb lidhje me vendimin e juris\u00eb, tha se Walker nuk iu bind urdhrave t\u00eb policis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndaluar dhe pasi doli nga automjeti i tij dhe u largua, vendosi dor\u00ebn n\u00eb belin e tij dhe krijoi perceptimin se ai do t\u00eb t\u00ebrhiqte nj\u00eb arm\u00eb ndaj oficer\u00ebve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yost tha se oficer\u00ebt nuk e dinin q\u00eb Walker e kishte l\u00ebn\u00eb arm\u00ebn n\u00eb makin\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Duke folur pasi d\u00ebgjoi vendimin e juris\u00eb me familjen e Walker, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesja e Dhom\u00ebs s\u00eb P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb SHBA-s\u00eb, Emilia Sykes tha: “Un\u00eb ende nuk e kuptoj se si policia mund t\u00eb shpjegoj\u00eb 46 vrima plumbash n\u00eb trupin e t\u00eb riut”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Avokati i familjes Bobby DiCello tha se duart e tij ishin t\u00eb lidhura pas shpine kur u d\u00ebrgua n\u00eb spital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
