Pekkan theksoi se &#8220;N\u00eb masakr\u00ebn e \u00c7am\u00ebris\u00eb q\u00eb zgjati nga qershori 1944 deri n\u00eb mars 1945 gjat\u00eb Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore, u vran\u00eb 2.900 burra, 214 gra dhe 96 f\u00ebmij\u00eb. Rreth 800 gra u dhunuan. Mij\u00ebra shqiptar\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb zhdukur, afro 6.000 sht\u00ebpi u dogj\u00ebn dhe 35 mij\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb u detyruan t\u00eb largohen nga rajoni&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pekkan tha se dhimbja e asaj q\u00eb iu b\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb \u00c7am\u00ebris\u00eb po p\u00ebrjetohet ende.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb deklarat\u00eb mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb kryetari i Komisionit t\u00eb Veprimtarive t\u00eb Jashtme t\u00eb Konfederat\u00ebs s\u00eb Turqve t\u00eb Rumelis\u00eb s\u00eb Ballkanit, Z\u00fcrfettin Hac\u0131o\u011flu, kryetari i Shoqat\u00ebs s\u00eb Solidaritetit t\u00eb Turqve t\u00eb Ballkanit n\u00eb Babaeski, G\u00fcls\u00fcm Kaynaklar, kryetari i Shoqat\u00ebs Bullgare Turke B\u00fcy\u00fckkart\u0131ran, Cevat Sedes dhe an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb organizatat qeveritare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c7far\u00eb ndodhi n\u00eb rajonin e \u00c7am\u00ebris\u00eb?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Duke u nisur nga jugu i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, \u00c7am\u00ebria mbulon Epirin e Jugut, ku shqiptar\u00ebt kan\u00eb jetuar q\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00ebt e lashta, pra rajonin nga Janina deri n\u00eb Prevez\u00eb, q\u00eb tani \u00ebsht\u00eb brenda territorit t\u00eb Greqis\u00eb. Shqiptar\u00ebt q\u00eb jetonin n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rajon ishin qytetar\u00eb osman\u00eb deri n\u00eb vitin 1913.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb fund t\u00eb Luft\u00ebs Ballkanike, rajoni i \u00c7am\u00ebris\u00eb iu dor\u00ebzua Greqis\u00eb si rajon etnik dhe pakic\u00eb n\u00eb Konferenc\u00ebn e Ambasador\u00ebve t\u00eb Londr\u00ebs n\u00eb vitin 1913. N\u00eb regjistrimin e vitit 1910, n\u00eb rajon jetonin 83 mij\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shqiptar\u00ebt e \u00c7am\u00ebris\u00eb u masakruan gjat\u00eb Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore nga forcat e gjeneralit grek, Napoleon Zervas.
