N\u00eb sulme humb\u00ebn jet\u00ebn 12 civil\u00eb dhe 60 persona u plagos\u00ebn&#8221;, tha DiCarlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eb tej DiCarlo ndau informacionin se sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb Komisionerit t\u00eb Lart\u00eb t\u00eb OKB-s\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb Drejtat e Njeriut (OHCHR), q\u00eb nga fillimi i luft\u00ebs n\u00eb shkurt 2022, n\u00eb Ukrain\u00eb kan\u00eb humbur jet\u00ebn 10.382 persona, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb 579 f\u00ebmij\u00eb dhe se 19.659 persona, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb 1.285 f\u00ebmij\u00eb u plagos\u00ebn n\u00eb m\u00ebnyra t\u00eb ndryshme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DiCarlo tha se q\u00eb nga dhjetori kan\u00eb &#8220;filluar t\u00eb rriten p\u00ebrs\u00ebri n\u00eb mas\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme&#8221; humbjet civile n\u00eb Ukrain\u00eb t\u00eb cilat kishin hyr\u00eb n\u00eb trendin e pak\u00ebsimit gjat\u00eb vitit 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Duhet t\u00eb theksoj edhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb se sulmet ndaj civil\u00ebve dhe infrastruktur\u00ebs civile, kudo q\u00eb ndodhin, jan\u00eb kund\u00ebr ligjit nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar.
