Gjykata Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare e Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb (GJND) filloi seancat d\u00ebgjimore mbi rastin e Nikaraguas kund\u00ebr Gjermanis\u00eb, duke akuzuar Berlinin p\u00ebr leht\u00ebsimin e “gjenocidit” n\u00eb Gaza duke ofruar mb\u00ebshtetje politike dhe ushtarake p\u00ebr Izraelin, raporton Anadolu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00eb fjal\u00ebn e tij hap\u00ebse, ambasadori i Nikaraguas Carlos Jose Arguello Gomez tha se vendi i tij k\u00ebrkon nga gjykata q\u00eb t\u00eb urdh\u00ebroj\u00eb Gjermanin\u00eb t\u00eb ndaloj\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetjen p\u00ebr Izraelin n\u00eb luft\u00ebn n\u00eb Gaza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Rasti para nesh p\u00ebrfshin ngjarje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme q\u00eb ndikojn\u00eb n\u00eb jet\u00ebn dhe mir\u00ebqenien e qindra mij\u00ebra njer\u00ebzve, madje edhe shkat\u00ebrrimin e nj\u00eb populli t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb”, tha ai, duke shtuar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Shkelje t\u00eb r\u00ebnda t\u00eb s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare humanitare dhe normave t\u00eb tjera urdh\u00ebruese t\u00eb s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb gjenocidin, po ndodhin n\u00eb Palestin\u00eb”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ambasadori theksoi se duke i dh\u00ebn\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje politike dhe ushtarake Izraelit, Gjermania po shkel Konvent\u00ebn e Gjenocidit t\u00eb vitit 1948 dhe t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare humanitare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Nikaragua k\u00ebrkon nga gjykata t\u00eb urdh\u00ebroj\u00eb q\u00eb Gjermania t\u00eb nd\u00ebrpres\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetjen p\u00ebr Izraelin n\u00eb fushat\u00ebn e tij t\u00eb shkat\u00ebrrimit t\u00eb popullit palestinez”, tha ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qeveria gjermane mbetet nj\u00eb nga mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebsit m\u00eb t\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm t\u00eb ofensiv\u00ebs ushtarake t\u00eb Izraelit n\u00eb Gaza, pavar\u00ebsisht presionit publik n\u00eb rritje. Kancelari Olaf Scholz ka th\u00ebn\u00eb vazhdimisht se Gjermania mban p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr Izraelin p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb historis\u00eb naziste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Berlini miratoi eksportet e arm\u00ebve n\u00eb Izrael n\u00eb vler\u00eb prej 326,5 milion\u00eb euro n\u00eb vitin 2023, shumica e t\u00eb cilave u miratuan pas 7 tetorit 2023, nj\u00eb rritje dhjet\u00ebfish krahasuar me vitin 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Izraeli ka zhvilluar nj\u00eb ofensiv\u00eb ushtarake n\u00eb Gaza q\u00eb nga nj\u00eb sulmi nd\u00ebrkufitar i 7 tetorit i udh\u00ebhequr nga Hamasi, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin sipas Tel Avivit u vran\u00eb afro 1200 izraelit\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q\u00eb at\u00ebher\u00eb, n\u00eb Gaza jan\u00eb vrar\u00eb rreth 33.200 palestinez\u00eb, kryesisht gra dhe f\u00ebmij\u00eb, dhe pothuajse 75 mij\u00eb jan\u00eb plagosur. Gjithashtu \u00ebsht\u00eb shkaktuar nj\u00eb shkat\u00ebrrim masiv, zhvendosje dhe munges\u00eb e madhe e gj\u00ebrave elementare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
