Gjykata Speciale \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb realitet i pashmangsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn. Tani themelimi i saj po vonohet nga parlamenti i Kosov\u00ebs, i cili nuk miratoi amendamentin kushtetues nr:24.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo ishte p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhur keq, sepse e ka d\u00ebmtuar shum\u00eb kredibilitetin e Kosov\u00ebs. Ne duhet t\u00eb kuptojm\u00eb se Gjykata Speciale nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb kund\u00ebr kosovar\u00ebve ose kund\u00ebr p\u00ebrpjekjeve p\u00ebr pavar\u00ebsi t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb kund\u00ebr U\u00c7K-s\u00eb si nj\u00eb organizat\u00eb. Gjykata Speciale nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb gjykat\u00eb etnike.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo do t\u00eb trajtoj\u00eb aludimet p\u00ebr krime, t\u00eb b\u00ebra nga individ\u00ebt. K\u00ebshtu duhet ta shohim k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb d\u00ebshp\u00ebron fakti q\u00eb disa n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb nuk e kan\u00eb kuptuar k\u00ebt\u00eb fakt. E gjith\u00eb kjo ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb, t\u2019u jap\u00ebsh drejt\u00ebsi viktimave dhe familjeve t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Drejt\u00ebsia nuk ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me etnicitetin, por ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me veprimet. K\u00ebto aludime duhet t\u00eb provohen.<\/p>\n<p>Mendoj se kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb, por disa njer\u00ebz po e b\u00ebjn\u00eb at\u00eb akoma m\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fund t\u00eb fundit, pavar\u00ebsia e Kosov\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb projekti yn\u00eb gjithashtu. Ne duam q\u00eb Kosova t\u00eb b\u00ebhet nj\u00eb komb i suksessh\u00ebm dhe kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb rruga.
