Sipas PD-s\u00eb, drafti nuk p\u00ebrmbush rekomandimet e Komisionit t\u00eb Venecias, nd\u00ebrsa LSI dhe kreu i saj Ilir Meta, ka deklaruar se nuk do ta miratoj\u00eb draftin pa konsensusin e opozit\u00ebs.\u00a0 Gazeta \u201cSot\u201d\u00a0 shkruan se drafti i paraqitur nga PS \u00ebsht\u00eb pjell\u00eb e George Soros. Sipas k\u00ebsaj t\u00eb p\u00ebrditshmeje, Soros ka hedhur n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb dyshimt\u00eb 500 mij\u00eb dollar\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb kapur sistemin e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb. S\u00eb fundmi \u00ebsht\u00eb publikuar nj\u00eb dokument, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet t\u00eb cilit, Soros udh\u00ebzon Edi Ram\u00ebn p\u00ebrmes tre rrug\u00ebve se si t\u00eb miratoj\u00eb reform\u00ebn n\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cM\u00ebnyra e par\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb proces i past\u00ebr parlamentar ku mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebsit e reformave sigurojn\u00eb shumic\u00ebn kushtetutb\u00ebr\u00ebse prej 94 votash n\u00eb Kuvend dhe i votojn\u00eb amendamentet. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb u procedua p\u00ebr ndryshimet e vitit 2008.
