ka l\u00ebshuar urdh\u00ebres\u00eb p\u00ebr bastisje t\u00eb sht\u00ebpive apo banesave t\u00eb kryetarit t\u00eb Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Klin\u00ebs, shoferit t\u00eb tij dhe menaxherit t\u00eb prokurimit t\u00eb asaj komune, te cil\u00ebt dyshohen p\u00ebr kryerjen e vepr\u00ebs penale \u2018Keqp\u00ebrdorim i detyr\u00ebs zyrtare apo autoritetit\u2019, n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me nenin 422 t\u00eb Kodit Penal t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, lidhur me nenin 31, t\u00eb Kodit Penal t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cKonflikti i interesit\u201d, nga neni 424, paragrafi 2, t\u00eb KPRK-s\u00eb, lidhur me Raportin e auditimit nga Zyra e Auditorit t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr pasqyrat financiare t\u00eb komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Klin\u00ebs, p\u00ebr vitin 2014, botuar n\u00eb qershor 2015, i cili ka gjetur disa shkelje sa i p\u00ebrket menaxhimit dhe shpenzimit t\u00eb paras\u00eb publike.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebto bastisje jan\u00eb duke u zhvilluar sot nga zyrtar\u00eb t\u00eb Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs \u2013 Departamenti Special Antikorrupsion n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast jan\u00eb t\u00eb dyshuar 5 zyrtar\u00eb t\u00eb Komun\u00ebs se Klin\u00ebs, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt me urdh\u00ebr t\u00eb prokurorit do t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrohen n\u00eb polici p\u00ebr tu
