N\u00eb seanc\u00ebn gjyq\u00ebsore e cila zgjati p\u00ebr rreth pes\u00eb or\u00eb, prokuror\u00ebt dhe t\u00eb akuzuarit e Rastit t\u00eb Kumanov\u00ebs u p\u00ebrball\u00ebn me Prokurorin\u00eb e cila pohon se ka d\u00ebshmi se 29 t\u00eb akuzuarit se jan\u00eb fajtor\u00eb p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn<\/span> <\/a>penale \u201cterroriz\u00ebm” dhe “pjes\u00ebmarrje n\u00eb organizat\u00eb terroriste\u201d.<\/p>\n

Avokati mbrojt\u00ebs, Naser Raufi, pas seanc\u00ebs gjyq\u00ebsore u shpreh se sot kishin b\u00ebr\u00eb vet\u00ebm planet hyr\u00ebse t\u00eb avokat\u00ebve dhe prononcimet e t\u00eb akuzuarve por nga shkaku i \u00e7\u00ebshtjes voluminoze e njejta seanc\u00eb do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb t\u00eb enjten.<\/p>\n

Trupi gjykat\u00ebs si\u00e7 tha Raufi, Rastit t\u00eb Kumanov\u00ebs i ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb gjasht\u00eb termine brenda muajit t\u00eb tret\u00eb p\u00ebr ti dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb dinamik\u00eb procesit gjyq\u00ebsor nga shkaku i shum\u00eb t\u00eb arrestuarve.<\/p>\n

Raufi u shpreh skeptik se kjo prokurori mund t\u00eb siguroj\u00eb gjykim t\u00eb drejt\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb akuzuarit nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebrs\u00ebriti k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn q\u00eb l\u00ebnda t\u00eb kaloj\u00eb n\u00eb shqyrtim t\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb Speciale.<\/p>\n

\u201cSipas ligjit, \u00ebsht\u00eb kompetenc\u00eb e Prokuroris\u00eb speciale pasi kishte prononcime se dikush posedon telefonata t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjuara t\u00eb shpallura n\u00eb Yutube se t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat nuk kan\u00eb qen\u00eb me masat e ve\u00e7anta hetimore\u201d, deklaroi Raufi i cili shtoi se \u00ebsht\u00eb i sigurt\u00eb se i t\u00ebr\u00eb rasti ka pasur p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim t\u00eb defokusoj\u00eb opinionin nga afera e p\u00ebrgjimeve.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrleshja e armatosur n\u00eb “Lagjen e Trimave” n\u00eb Kumanov\u00eb filloi para agimit t\u00eb m\u00ebngjesit t\u00eb dat\u00ebs 9 maj dhe vazhdoi deri n\u00eb or\u00ebt e vona t\u00eb 10 majit. N\u00eb k\u00ebto p\u00ebrleshje humb\u00ebn jet\u00ebn 8 pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb forcave policore t\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb<\/span> <\/a>dhe mbi 30 u plagos\u00ebn, kurse nga grupi i armatosur u vran\u00eb 10. Disa u plagos\u00ebn dhe 29 prej tyre u arrestuan.<\/p>\n
