Organizata nuk drejtohet nga lideri i duksh\u00ebm Salih M\u00fcslim, por drejtohet nga drejtuesi i lart\u00eb i PKK-s\u00eb, Fehman H\u00fcseyin i cili njihet ndryshe edhe me emrin e koduar &#8220;Bahoz Erdal&#8221;, raporton (AA).<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">Drejtuesit e lart\u00eb t\u00eb PKK-s\u00eb, struktur\u00ebs ombrell\u00eb e cila mbledh n\u00ebn nj\u00eb \u00e7ati strukturat n\u00eb kat\u00ebr pjes\u00ebt e t\u00eb ashtuquajturit &#8220;Kurdistan&#8221; i ka vendosur em\u00ebrimin &#8220;KCK&#8221;. Nd\u00ebrsa krahu i organizat\u00ebs n\u00eb Irak em\u00ebrohet P\u00c7DK, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb Iran em\u00ebrohet PJAK.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">Sipas informacioneve t\u00eb marra nga burimet e siguris\u00eb m\u00ebsohet se udh\u00ebzimin p\u00ebr formimin e PYD-s\u00eb i ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 2002 n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet avokat\u00ebve kreu i organizat\u00ebs terroriste Abdullah \u00d6calan. N\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj n\u00eb kongresin e PKK-s\u00eb t\u00eb mbajtur me 4-10 prill 2002 u vendos q\u00eb me organizatat e reja q\u00eb do t\u00eb krijoheshin n\u00eb Iran, Irak dhe n\u00eb Siri t\u00eb kishin nj\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsim n\u00eb nj\u00eb gam\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb. PYD-ja e cila u krijua m\u00eb 17 tetor 2003 mori trash\u00ebgimin\u00eb 20 vje\u00e7are t\u00eb PKK-s\u00eb ku \u00d6calan q\u00ebndroi dhe zgjeroi baz\u00ebn e organizat\u00ebs nga 1979-ta e deri n\u00eb 1998-t\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">PYD struktur\u00ebn e saj e p\u00ebrcaktoi n\u00eb kongreset e mbajtura mes viteve 2003-2015. K\u00ebto kongrese u zhvilluan n\u00eb kampet ilegale t\u00eb drejtuara nga PKK-ja dhe n\u00ebn drejtimin e organizat\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">Me vendimet e marra n\u00eb kongrese kampi \u015eehit Ayhan q\u00eb i p\u00ebrkiste PKK-s\u00eb n\u00eb malin Kandil n\u00eb Irak u shnd\u00ebrrua n\u00eb baz\u00ebn kryesore t\u00eb PYD-s\u00eb. An\u00ebtar\u00ebt e PYD-s\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt u trajnuan k\u00ebtu m\u00eb pas u d\u00ebrguan n\u00eb Siri. Aktualisht ky kamp nuk ndodhet m\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrdorim. Baza aktive e PYD-s\u00eb ndodhet n\u00eb nj\u00eb zon\u00eb p\u00ebrreth fshatit Malikije t\u00eb rajoni Azez n\u00eb Halep t\u00eb Siris\u00eb.
